Hello BP
My name is Nathan, I am 27 and I live outside of San Antonio with my wife Dominique and our three dogs, Mo, Valentino and Bane. I am a field technician in the oil and gas industry. I have been studying REI for the past year and a half or so. In 2015 I was able to cut our bills in half, raise my credit substantially and purchase my first home, which I am treating as a live in flip until we decide to move at which time I plan to get renters in it. In 2016 I intend to purchase my first non-owner-occupied rental. I am interested in multi family buy and hold but I am still open to other investment options. I look forward to engaging with the BP community more this year!
