Hello, everyone I'm new to real estate investing and I am looking forward to learning as much as possible and also applying it. I think I want to focus on buy and hold properties single family and maybe some doubles. When I moved from my first house to my next one I didn't sell it I rented it out. So I have one rental but I don't know much about finding deals, finding funding, finding contractors, or much of anything about real estate investing. I have read a few books and went over tons of scenarios in my head and know Im ready to get to work on my road to financial freedom. I am so grateful to have found this website.
