I am a newer investor in Central Kentucky with a few SFRs and a duplex. I work full-time in the mental health field and am enjoying steadily growing portfolio of rentals.   My primary interests up to now have been focused on smaller residential buildings, but I plan to focus on larger and commercial units in the future.  I look forward to networking and partnering with other investors in the area.

@Tara Sienkiewicz That is correct that that former "Lexington Wealth Builders" is no longer the REI club in Lexington. However, there is a new club that just had its first meeting last week. IDK if they have a name yet. I didn't attend. However, you would want to talk to Joe Marcum on BP to get the details if you are interested. He will be able to give you more information on the new club. Also something @Timothy L Olsen might be interested in.
