Hey, All.

After a spending a couple years as a Buyer's Agent in Central Arkansas, my family and I made our first attempts at investing and flipping homes last year. We have acquired a couple decent rentals, flipped a couple small homes, and now we are beginning work on several homes we hope to rent and sell. We look forward to beginning work with other wholesalers, turn-key investors, and anyone looking to sell potential rental homes. 

We listened to all the BP podcasts over the last 8 months and are finally starting to get active on the site. Thank you all so much for so many pieces of advice, thoughtful questions, and all shared struggles and successes on the forums. We appreciate it greatly.
