I am Omad Shaikh from St. Louis, MO and I am a passionate investor and serial entrepreneur. I live the world of business. I have a strong interest in real estate because it has and will continue to open new opportunities for me to make a difference with the tools of success. Bigger Pockets is one of those tools and I hope to use this as median for new business ventures and adventures.

Something really stood out to me when I was reading your profile Peter, and it was the last paragraph about Mogul Realty. 

"By improving and managing properties in the inner city Mogul Realty not only provides value to clients but is an active force in revitalizing a great American city at its roots. St. Louis provides many rehabilitation incentives that will create a rising tide for investors who discover these opportunities at the right time."

Omad and I share the same values and vision and are excited to see that there are other Investors in the St. Louis area that want to be an active force in revitalizing the area into a great American city.
