I am new to REI. I have a technical and business background and currently own rental properties. I am interested in connecting and networking with other REI professionals to learn the ins and outs of the business. I am ready to go to the next level

I am getting started with wholesaling.  Long-term, I would like to own a few more rental properties for cash flow and develop a buy and hold strategy.  I am also interested in investing in tax liens.

This is a steep learning curve for me, so if you have any advice or words of wisdom, hit me up!
