New Investor and Realtor

Hi BP community.

I have had my real estate license for less than a year and I live in the San Antonio area.  I am very interested in the investment side of real estate and have acquired one rental property in the past year. 

I am always looking for advice and I am interested in buy and hold properties and well as fix and flips.

Fill out your Bigger Pockets profile, post a picture, set up your keywords for San Antonio and whatever else that you are interested in here on the forums. Listen to the podcasts and read the many articles. And network!!
