Hi BP community.

I have had my real estate license for less than a year and I live in the San Antonio area.  I am very interested in the investment side of real estate and have acquired one rental property in the past year.

I am always looking for advice and I am interested in buy and hold properties and well as fix and flips.

Any advise you could provide would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

Here is some great advice.

Fill out your Bigger Pockets profile, post a picture, set up your keywords for San Antonio and whatever else that you are interested in here on the forums. Listen to the podcasts and read the many articles. And network!!

Any questions or problems you can always give me a call or text or email.

Good Luck!!!
