Hi BP community.

I have had my real estate license for less than a year and I live in the San Antonio area.  I am very interested in the investment side of real estate and have acquired one rental property in the past year.

I am always looking for advice and I am interested in buy and hold properties and well as fix and flips.

Any advise you could provide would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

Hi Daryl,

Have you considered hanging your license with an investor friendly brokerage that allows you to do wholesaling, creative financing, etc?    You should do some research on Step Stone Realty.  I have my license with them and they will train you on the investing side of real estate and much more if it is what you are passionate about.  Check into it.
