Newcomer - Ryan, fledgling investor/flipper
Good morning BiggerPockets community! My name is Ryan and I have been involved in real estate almost my entire career. I spent 5 years in construction management as a project engineer until I received my BS in Finance at which point I began working in commercial lending for US Bank and did that for nearly 4 years. Currently I work for a commercial mortgage lender in Boise, ID specializing in bridge and permanent financing for middle market CRE loans. I own a performing duplex and have successfully flipped one single-family residence. My interest in real estate is to continue to acquire wealth through SFR home flipping and eventually build up a personal portfolio of income producing properties. While I do have some experience in property management, investment property ownership, home ownership, and home remodel construction; I feel greatly inexperienced and underdeveloped. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from this great community and look forward to contributing towards it myself in anyway that I can!
