Getting going in New Jersey
Looking to connect with others who have experience in either the Hudson or Essex County areas in terms of either rehab or buy/hold. We bought a single unit and have held for over ten years, but are now looking to expand our portfolio at this point and exploring all options. Any advice would be welcome!
