Investor in Kansas

Hello everyone. I've followed discussions and articles on Bigger Pockets for several weeks since stumbling across the site and finally decided it's time to speak up. I'm originally from Hays and currently live in Wichita and work as a petroleum engineer. My family suggested that I consider investing in real estate instead of making a more frivolous purchase back in the summer of 2013, and since then we've formed an LLC and bought various rental properties in Lawrence, KS and a duplex in Wichita, KS. I am looking to get into more properties and would consider the Lawrence, Wichita, Kansas City, and Denver markets.
