Morning,

I've been involved in RE investing int he past I currently have 6 rentals and I am looking to increase my portfolio and learn more about multifamily properties and apartment complexes.

Hi Jim,

Welcome to BP !  I went to U of A for a year before finishing at ASU.  Great town.  Our paths are similar, started w/about 6 SFRs, then moved into duplexes and fourplexes, now working apartments. If you are wanting to do anything out of state, give me a shout.  Working on some turnkey opportunities in San Antonio for MF.
