Hello!

Thank you for viewing my post. I am currently 21 years ago. I reside in Texarkana, Texas. I bought my first piece of land at the age of 19. I sold it for a 400% profit. I bought this residential parcel of land, located in Texarkana, Arkansas, from a tax deed sale.

I am here on this website to learn more about real estate investing, different niches, where to find deals, and to network with other passionate investors in the real estate market.

I hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!

Tucker Long

Hello and welcome to BP!  Thank you for your wonder.  It kind of matters if you are bringing much money to the table, so to speak.  It is a narrow market right now.  You can wholesales or flip if you can get owner financing or can afford Hard Money. If you are depending on financing, you better get a pre -approval letter from a lender before you make an offer.  Mistakes are always made by inestors.  Just learn from them and go on.  I was born and raised in Dallas Texas.  I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.  Have a good and experienced Team.  Know your market and do not get lured off.  Location is very important and as well a doing the numbers and making sure they are real.  I got a college degree in business in 1980 and that year I got a broker license.  The degree empasized real estate.  My father was in real estate for about40 years and I learned a little bit from him.  I did a few deals for others.  If you think I can help you please contact me at any time.  Good luck!
