I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Jackie Thomas from Baltimore, MD. I've been in real estate for 30 years. I'm currently working at a Title Company as a branch manager. This position consist of managing the settlement processors, conducting closings, solving title issues, preparing closing documents including the HUD and/or CD. I'm joining Bigger Pockets to reach out to season investors for knowledge, find an investor networking group in my area and to meet vendors who sell to our industry. I will use this platform as one of my secondary marketing research plan. My goal is to retire from the Real Estate Title Industry and become a full time investor. I plan to flip properties for the first 2 years and invest in 20 rental units in the near future. I found Bigger Pockets searching the web looking for an Investor Calculator.
