Hello All, My name is Briaryn I'm a 20yo college student and I am trying to get my feet wet in Real Estate Investing. I am interested in wholesale and rental properties for now and flipping in the near future. I'm looking for someone in the DMV( Dc, Maryland, Virginia) area who would be willing to be my mentor in exchange for me maybe helping them find deals I do have some knowledge as far wholesaling goes I just need don't have the tools/resources and need help getting started. If anyone else has any tips for me as a beginner please feel free to comment below or point me in the direction of someone who can help me!!!!

Welcome to BP @Briaryn Jackson.  It might be hard to find a mentor....but if you start attending the local REIAs you will learn quite a bit, and meet a lot of the other local investors.
