New to South Florida
So this is my 2nd New Member Introduction. I have recently relocated from DC to south Florida and am looking to start my career as a full time investor. I'm looking for a mentor, friend, or just advice from experienced investors (specifically in the fix and flip market and/or long term hold) in the south Florida area.
