Just closed on my first flip yesterday and I am looking for more opportunities. Any idea on how to meet wholesalers in Charlotte and surrounding for fix and flips?

Conrad's we have a very competitive market here. Be careful on SC side for rentals as taxes kill us, but retail flips are great here . Well on this side of the fence.
