Hello everyone in the Bigger Pockets community!
My name is Kevin Rogers. My wife is Tracy Rogers. I am a professional studio guitarist and contemporary worship leader at a great church. I have always had a passion to be an entrepreneur and bring in multiple streams of income. My wife and I have dabbled in real estate with a couple of flips and have purchased several buy and holds since 2003. We have had some success but never taken it as seriously as we should have. Recently, as I was in a state of frustration, I racked my brain about ways to become financially free. "How in the world could we possibly gain control of our financial future?" A real estate investor friend of mine turned me on to Bigger Pockets. As they say, the rest is history! My passion for investing became front and center! My wife and I are ready to go ALL IN and become another Bigger Pockets success story. We are just starting a new focused journey and need this community big time. As a professional musician, I'd recommend you connect with @Nathan Brooks, a guy who has a professional musician background and, oh by the way, is extremely successful in this market. His company serves investors and may be a good fit for you.
And who knows... maybe you guys can start a band. "The REI Crushers" has a ring to it!
