Hello everyone, my name is Bernard Antwi. I am a software developer and very new to real estate investing. I came across biggerpockets on google while I was searching for ideas on how to buy properties without a huge capital. I am here to learn as much as biggerpockets will offer, connect with like minded people and help others along the way. I am interested in fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold aspects of REI therefore it would be a pleasure to connect with investors with such interests.

    I am in the same situation. I live in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. I am pretty new to Real Estate investing, but ill do anything I can to help you.

    Eventually, I plan to house hack/Live in flip until I have the capital to start a passive income empire. I will, most likely, look for a duplex in need of renovation, rent one out while I live in and rehab the other. At some point switching with the occupant, and completing the other side. I just need to find a property where the math makes sense.

    Finding the right deal seems to be the key to success in this business.
