Hi Everyone,

I'm an investor from Houston with ambition to buy and hold multiple single-family properties around the houston and sorrounding area. Actively looking to buy and hold.

I'm also interested in multi-family investments as a passive investor.

Welcome, Kaz. I'm a new guy around here myself, so forgive me if this seems a stupid question, but what do you mean when you say "passive investor" in multi-family properties?
