I currently live in Houston TX. We recently purchased a new home; my husband and I have decided to rent out our previous house instead of selling. We have heard tons of horror stories and are trying to learn for them. I am not only interested in networking with people who are able to share their experiences and provide advice I am also eager to share our journey in hopes of helping other newbies like us.
