@Sterling White , yes the property is move-in ready and I am happy to update you all that we just signed the lease. With this being our first time we decided to go with a real estate agent who walked us through the process and did a really go job at vetting our tenants. Move in date is set for Friday!

I currently live in Houston TX. We recently purchased a new home; my husband and I have decided to rent out our previous house instead of selling. We have heard tons of horror stories and are trying to learn for them.
