I've been doing a lot of research on rental property investing and I'm looking for a mentor/part-time employer in the Los Angeles area. I currently work in the real estate field but am looking to expand my network and learn as much as I can about real estate. I'm willing to help out with your business part-time and/or just shadow you for a couple hours as you do you work. Is anyone out there looking or needing help with their rental property business?
