Hi Chanel! Thanks for introducing yourself to the BP family! Welcome aboard. Wholesaling is a great way to get started. That is how I started out as well. If you are willing to do what most of your competition isn't, you will be wildly successful. 

There are many great resources on this site in regards to wholesaling. You can start out by looking under the "Education" tab and checking out the Guides. Here is the one on Wholesaling:
