New and hungry for success
I am currently in the military, I bought a house in 2012 using conventional loan. I am looking for getting a rental business stated, but I have no idea where to start and how, I have read a bit of rental property books but still cannot decide where to buy? What kind of area is good to invest? Got a bunch of questions. If anyone out there is willing to give me some notes I will be deeply appreciate it and hope to make some friends too:) thanks everyone in advance
