  Hi all! I have been reserching about Frisco and Plano for a month now and i do think they have a very healthy market, i am wondering if there are any investors out there that can give me some insights. Much appriciated it and thank you in advance.

Hi, my name is Harold and I am currently an enlisted sailor stationed in ventura county. I bought my first investment in San Diego, CA in 2012 with $200,000 and now its worth more than double and i owe about $130,000 on it now. This unit has been rented out since 2015 with a cash flow of $1200 or so. In 2018 i bought my 2nd investment in Ventura county with $550,000 and next year around March i will be stationed overseas and will be renting this one out as well. I say i am very excited about real estate and looking for a mentor or anything or anybody i can study and learn from. By the way the one in San diego is a townhouse and a condo in ventura county.

I am currently in the military, I bought a house in 2012 using conventional loan. I am looking for getting a rental business stated, but I have no idea where to start and how, I have read a bit of rental property books but still cannot decide where to buy? What kind of area is good to invest? Got a bunch of questions. If anyone out there is willing to give me some notes I will be deeply appreciate it and hope to make some friends too:) thanks everyone in advance

Good morning, I bought my first home in 2013, I am in the navy. But I just started renting it out this year. Can you teach me how to pick and choose what property to buy and to lease?
