I am new to real estate and I am from Green Bay Wisconsin. I am looking to get into flipping houses with my best friend. He is a contractor who has been working on and fixing houses for over 10 years. He has a great name in the community already and does that for a living. I feel like we would be a great team and I am looking everywhere for any advice and help I can get while starting this journey. Any tips and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help and I look forward to getting to know you guys!

Be very careful with partnerships. As dave ramsey always says, you know the only ship that doesn't sail??? A partnership......

Welcome to the forum.  The flipping bug has now entered many peoples mind once again.  More tv shows back on tv.  Be very careful, know your markets. Don't get buried in a project.  A great contractor does not mean he will be a good flipper or real estate investor. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses.  Flipping will take up more time than anyone ever realizes.  The money is made on the purchase not on the sale, you  need to buy them right.  Keep in mind, this is coming from a guy that flipped thru the market crash in mid 2000's and is still flipping to this day.
