I am new to real estate and I am from Green Bay Wisconsin. I am looking to get into flipping houses with my best friend. He is a contractor who has been working on and fixing houses for over 10 years. He has a great name in the community already and does that for a living. I feel like we would be a great team and I am looking everywhere for any advice and help I can get while starting this journey. Any tips and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
