Hello BiggerPockets Community, 

I've been a member for a year now and have made great use of this forum in getting my first rental in Manassas market ready and rented out. Now I am looking into buying another rental property and building my portfolio. I currently work in real estate on the accounting side of operations and I am looking to get into real estate development at some point in the future. I am finally ready to start networking, so if anyone wants to connect, just hit me up. Also, I am open to any suggestions for solid REIA's to join in the area.

@Vanessa K. Congratulations on your first deal! Make sure to take advantage of the "Find Members" tool on this site. You can also look online for local REIA's. I found the ones that I go to on meetup.com; not sure if you'll find any in your area there but definitely worth checking out. Good luck in your investing :)
