New investor/member from San Jose
Hello everyone! My name is Jake and by day I am a commercial real estate underwriter for a regional bank. I have bought and sold a couple primary residences and I have worked in lending for 10 years but I've never taken the leap to investing.
My goal is to start investing in smaller multi-family properties across the country and work my way up to larger properties.
I look forward to being engaged in the BP community and learning as much as possible. Any advice, hellos or recommendations will be well-received!
