New to Bigger Pockets

Hello everyone, I'm new to Bigger Pockets. I'm from Detroit, I live in Redford and I work in Lansing Michigan. I am looking to start doing wholesale deals, graduating to rental properties and do some flipping. I have owned property and invested in dozens of books and programs. Education and networking is why I am here. In the process I hope to find some partners to work with and do some deals.

Welcome to BP! So much to learn on this site, take full advantage of all the great information on this site. Personally I've started right in with rentals, I recently bought my first one in Warren and it cash flows well.  Good luck in whatever you decide to do. Look forward to hearing your progress.
