New wholesaler in Washington state
Hello BPers,
I am a new wholesaler in WA state, currently looking for deals in Snohomish county. After reading some blog posts, I realize that education is a big part of wholesaling, and definitely takes a lot more skill sets than just finding great off market deals and cash buyers in your area. But I am in this for the long-run, so I am introducing myself here to learn from the best and get my first deal under my belt! Hope to interact with you soon!
