Hi BP community, I am a new member from Houston, TX. I joined about a month ago and I have just been reading, listening to podcasts, and analyzing deals for practice. I have some prior real estate experience through my own purchases and currently hold other properties not counting my primary residence. I have a full-time job, however I am looking to become more active in real estate in the Houston area whether that is with SFR, MF or both.

I look forward to continuing to learn and make new connections.
