Hello All! I am veeery new at learning about RE investing, I mean weeks in. I am currently reading both Rich Dad Poor Dad and Brandon Turners book on RE investing. I am interested in starting up with a Multifamily home in Bronx New York. That start up seems perfect for me. I'm a little skeptical because I know New York homes are high priced and so finding that deal will be a doozy ( until I learn how to spot a deal, I am not short changing myself ;). Nevertheless, I am excited to learn and invest on RE, no skepticism will hold me back. Plus, with just a peek into this exciting world I am riled up and ready to go, all with your help of course. @Sarhay Alvarez Welcome to BP from a fellow BRONXITE.......LIKE YOUR FIRE KEEP IT STOKED!!!!!!!!....READ....READ.....READ.....Rich Dad Poor Dad....Millionare Real Estate Investor...all books by @Brandon Turner, ABC Of Real Estate Investing the list go on...listen to the podcast and then listen to them again you are going to hear something you did not hear before. However you get to work car plane train bus listen to them use your commute as a moving University. Network not just on this site but find a local REIA or Real Estate meetups.
