Hello Chaim, Thanks for the welcome! If you don't mind I have a couple of  questions about property management. I want to get a basic understanding from real people on what their part is in the whole Real Estate Picture. How you provide services and fit into the scheme of things. From what I've read thus far, Management is a key factor in success, can you give me details about what that entails in your words?

Hello All! I am veeery new at learning about RE investing, I mean weeks in. I am currently reading both Rich Dad Poor Dad and Brandon Turners book on RE investing. I am interested in starting up with a Multifamily home in Bronx New York. That start up seems perfect for me.  I'm a little skeptical because I know New York homes are high priced and so finding that deal will be a doozy ( until I learn how to spot a deal, I am not short changing myself ;). Nevertheless, I am excited to learn and invest on RE, no skepticism will hold me back. Plus, with just a peek into this exciting world I am riled up and ready to go, all with your help of course. Thanks Bigger Pockets Community! Wish me Luck and LETS GO FOR IT NEWBIES!
