Hello everyone!
I am Max and I am a buy and hold investor based in Cary, NC. I have been listening to BP podcast for a number of months now and now finally made up my mind to join the forum as well. I have been browsing the forum for a while and I am really impressed by the quality of both the members and posts. I am also really happy to finally find a forum where it is free of trolls and full of positive energy.
So a little bit about myself. I have been in and out of real estate for the last 4-5 years. After making some bad judgement in the stock market I have finally decided to go into the real estate market with both feet in 2013. Since then I have acquired 6 rental properties, most of them single families in the Wake County. I have been getting these properties from the MLS in the past but just recently I have been looking into finding deal using auction and wholesaling.
I am really looking forward to getting know more investors in my area. I am still relative new to this business but am dedicated to get to my freedom number via the buy and hold strategy.
