New Investor from New Hampshire

My business partner and I are technically new to REI. We are residents of New Hampshire and our objective is investing in buy and hold SFR's and Multi-unit properties to grow a robust portfolio and build wealth. We are hungry for knowledge and eager to learn the intricacies of the real estate investing industry. We have developed our business plan and are rapidly approaching the point of making offers.
