Hello Frank, I'm from the Lakes Region area. I have a former primary residence rental property in Arizona. I'm constantly driving for dollars in the Laconia and Gilford areas and very interested in making a purchase in the near future to start building a portfolio. I'm currently working on pursuing creating financing so I can move quickly when I find the right deal.

We are residents of New Hampshire and our objective is investing in buy and hold SFR's and Multi-unit properties to grow a robust portfolio and build wealth.
