Hey, everyone. I'm a new member from Central NJ looking to dive into real estate investing. I have been listening to the BP podcasts for months and reading any/all real estate books I can get my hands on. I have my eye on the Burlington City and Ewing areas, and hope to land my with my first buy-and-hold deal in the coming months. Any  advice or insight is greatly appreciated! Looking forward to learning from you all.

Real Estate investing is a very broad topic.  There are many ways to invest.  My advise would be first answer the why of investing.  What are you looking for? Once you know what you want, come up with how much time and money you have/want to invest.  Once you know those two things we can steer you in the direction of where to invest that time/money.

Find you local real estate meet ups.  Meetups.com is great for that and start meeting some local investors.  I am sure they will be very helpful.

If there is anything I can do or if you want to talk about investing please feel free to PM me.
