New member from Seattle!

Hi all,

I'm software developer by profession and an investor in Seattle that bought a house a couple years ago and now I want to add to my real estate portfolio.  I've been interested in real estate since graduating from the UW and watching the Seattle market explode as has in the last 7 years. 

I was referred to BP by my friend Alex Chin, in a matter of minutes realized that there are many likeminded people that we grew up with that are on here as well.  

I'm looking forward to digging in to all the information here and moving forward in building my real estate portfolio with this community.
