Newbie intro
My wife Jody and I joined BP a few months back but really started getting into a lot of the content provided. So far the education is amazing and we are doing a lot of planning on where we want to take all this information to form our own real estate business. We currently live in Moore County, NC (Carthage) and are looking in this area as well as the Raleigh/Cary area for possible investment opportunities in the near future. Our goal is to begin growing a rental property portfolio while working on our own "live in flip" which we purchased last year and have been working on over that time doing most of the work ourselves. We are extremely excited to see what opportunities arise in the future and to get more involved in what BP has to offer.
