Hello,

I'm William from Northern Minnesota (Lake Vermillion near Cook, MN).

I cut my teeth in real estate with a single-family rental property several years ago. It produced good cash flow and I exited with a profitable sale.

I work as a Data Engineer and am interested in learning more about multifamily rentals. I'd love to find and acquire a multifamily property (2-4 units) in the next several months.

Plenty to learn, and I'm excited to be part of a community full of experienced members! I'd love to chat with other people interested in and actively involved in real estate investment in any part of MN.

Hi William,

Welcome! I'm currently looking for my first property. Our great state is pretty tough right now to find deals on the MLS, so I'm looking into other strategies.

Are you looking up north or anywhere?

Ted
