I'm looking for a recommendation for a top-notch estate planning firm.  My parents are looking to get their not inconsiderable assets set up in the best way possible for estate planning, protection from nursing homes, etc.  This is all proactive at this point.

Hi all, I'm hoping to find a title company who's willing to help me out with some property research in MN.  I am a licensed realtor and looking for some specific data sets for a client and I've heard from peers elsewhere in the country that title companies are often great sources.

Obviously any title work resulting would flow your way.
