How to add profile picture?

I cannot figure out how to add my profile picture and was wondering if anyone can walk me through it? Thank you!

That could be it. As Peter mentioned, I was also using a touch enabled monitor. More speficially a Dell XPS 15 laptop with the touch display upgrade. That feature was turned off in settings, but seeing as how Peter had the same issue with the Surfacebook Pro, it seems likely it's a touch monitor driver issue.

Hi @Michael Sato,

The answer is maybe.  I was using a Microsoft Surfacebook Pro (model year 2017) that does have a touch enabled monitor, however that monitor was not in use because the laptop is attached to a normal monitor where the browser was displayed.

update:  I am successfully able to change my profile picture using the iOS mobile app.

Our developers would like to know if you're using a touch enabled monitor when you try to click on the circle to upload your photo?

I also ran into this issue. None of my browsers worked and I ended up downloading the BP app on my phone. This option might be faster for some people, until the website gets fixed.
