@Jake Hartnett  If you're able to find a list like that let me know.  I tried several routes including going to the courthouse and never got anywhere.  Finally decided that MN doesn't want to make it easy to find.

@William Sell all of the above!  I just got my license a month or two ago so I'm keeping a pretty close eye on all the listings.  It's tough in the cities, not much margin, most listed properties are getting multiple offers and going at prices far beyond what even make sense.

@Scott Carson - any update on the meetup?  All you other local guys, I'd love to learn more about note buying, just heard some of Joe Fairless' podcasts with some note investors and it got me intrigued.

No you have to work for a managing broker until you have 3 years experience.  Most of the shops around town will take you on no problem.  I just got my license finalized yesterday and joined Keller Williams Northwest Classic Realty in Maple Grove.  If you'd like info on KW just let me know.
