Hi ALl!

I just found Bigger Pockets forums after listening to a few of Josh & Brandon's podcasts. I have made one town-home transaction while in college of 2011. It has been a hit or miss for me since the bulk of the rental income is going towards the HOA... Possibly looking to flip it soon.

Since then, after being more stable in my career, I am looking to get back into the Real Estate field. 

I'd love to connect with some of you who are based in Minnesota!
