Hello,

New member that is interested in Multi unit rental properties in Maryland, DC  or NYC areas.

My family has done a few Brownstone converted to SRO buildings in Brooklyn that have worked out well. Looking for similar in other  areas because Brooklyn prices has skyrocketed.

Please feel free to send me messages and ask questions.

All the best,

Michael U.

Welcome to Bp @Michael Upshur. You will find in the DC metro area a severe lack of multifamily housing compared to other metro areas.
