Charleston, SC - New to the site
Hey everyone, my name is Mike, and I just joined the site.
I'm currently living in Stuttgart, Germany, but I'll be moving to Charleston, SC this summer, where I have my primary residence and 2 cashflowing SFHs.
I'm hoping to expand the operation and get in on some multifamily spots, and learn about flips.

I'm a realtor/investor in Charleston SC market and yes deals are getting very tough to find. But on the flip side of you do find a deal at a good price, you won't have any problems selling it.
My last 2 flips have sold in under 20 days. And we are working on one right now that we have an offer on already.
