I've always had a hustler mentality but I guess I never looked at REAL ESTATE, mainly because I never really understood it said I never want to be just a LANDLORD.. SMH BUT LOOK AT ME NOW! Lol
Working to become a LANDLORD! Lol!! I am looking to build my wealth, by investing on INVESTMENT PROPERTIES that I can rent, buy and hold, flip and ASSIGNING CONTRACTS to other Investors out there.
