 Thank you sir! Which area in Lehigh Valley area is of interest to you? I am looking to purchase or assign contracts for distressed, investment properties in high rental areas.

First off I want to say Hello to the whole BP community, my name is Jason O. And I am a Newbie INVESTOR/WHOLESALER

I've always had a hustler mentality but I guess I never looked at REAL ESTATE, mainly because I never really understood it said I never want to be just a LANDLORD.. SMH BUT LOOK AT ME NOW! Lol 

Working to become a LANDLORD! Lol!! I am looking to build my wealth, by investing on INVESTMENT PROPERTIES that I can rent, buy and hold, flip     and ASSIGNING CONTRACTS to other Investors out there. 

I would like to connect with other's from the BP COMMUNITY that either reside in the ABE area or Lehigh County and build a solid network that is focused on CRUSHING OUR INDIVIDUAL REAL ESTATE GOALS!  IF I CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE IN ANY WAY, FEEL FREE TO CONNECT AND GET IN TOUCH!
